- Electricity, water and WiFi are included in the rent
- Optional: parking space at the house for CHF 75 / month

CONDITIONS:

- The room can be rented on a short or long-term basis.
- Minimum rental period: 1 month
- Deposit: One month's rent (payable upon move-in)
