Your room would be 13.7 square meters (see floor plan) and furnished (see transfer agreement of CHF 700, which also includes the furniture in the entire apartment).
The apartment is built to a very high standard, some of it has a lake view and is very well served by bus connections (66 and 72, two minutes 'walk) and S-Bahn / tram (Tram 7, Wollishofen station, five minutes' walk).
