La habitación es/estáLooking for a short-term tenant to sublet a comfortable, fully furnished room in a newly renovated apartment, ideally located near the city center. Here’s what you can expect:

• Room Details: Equipped with a spacious 160x180 cm bed, plus a separate office room with modern furnitures.

• Flat Features: Shared with a friendly 1 German and 1 Swiss flatmates (both working in consulting/finance) The apartment includes a modern kitchen with a dishwasher and steam-function oven, a generously sized living room, and access to both a cellar and a garden. Close to limmat for nice strolling and very friendly neighbors with nice residential area.

• Amenities: Rent includes all utilities (electricity, WIFI, cleaning, basic amenities and heating), along with cleaning lady comes by for professional cleaning services every two weeks for a hassle-free stay. There will be deposit for any possible damages for furnitures. We have parking spot if that’s needed. The fee is included.
