The flat is in a very quiet and peaceful street. It is south-east facing (gets the winter sun through the day when there are sunny days) and it has a beautiful view of Uetliberg from all the windows. There is a free washer dryer service in the building and grocery stores Coop and Migros are a 2 minute walk away. The rent is 1250 CHF per month.
