Dimension wise, I would say 10m2 but huge attic next to it.
Wir suchen
- A student with a chill vibe.
- Someone who drinks alcohol in moderation. We emphasize this because we recently had to ask a flatmate to leave due to excessive drinking, which led to unacceptable behavior.
- We enjoy partying occasionally but prioritize peace and privacy for all flatmates.
- We are strict about noise: after 10 PM on weekdays, the flat should be quiet out of respect for those sleeping.
- Sundays are sacred no noise whatsoever.
