Das Zimmer ist unmöbeliert (ein Kleidergestell und ein Schreibtisch können übernommen werden) und verfügt über gut 16m2 (ca 4.1x4.1). Zusätzlich besteht noch Stauraum hinter der einen Wand. Das Fenster ist gegen Südwesten ausgerichet.
Gleich neben dem Zimmer ist ein voll ausgestattetes Badezimmer zur exklusiven Benutzung.
Die Wohnung ist gross, befindet sich im obersten Stock und wirkt aufgrund der hohen Decken sehr grosszügig. Der Balkon bietet einen sehr schönen Ausblick über St. Gallen.
Die Wohnung ist zu Fuss vom Bahnhof in 7min zu erreichen. Zu Stadt hat man 10-15min und zur Uni ebenfalls 15min.
Der Preis pro Monat beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten.

A room will become available in our apartment at the beginning of June or by arrangement (temporary or permanent).
The room is unfurnished (a clothes rack and a desk can be taken over) and has a good 16m2 (approx. 4.1x4.1). There is additional storage space behind one wall. The window faces southwest.
Right next to the room is a fully equipped bathroom for exclusive use.
The apartment is large, located on the top floor and appears very spacious due to the high ceilings. The balcony offers a beautiful view over St. Gallen.
The apartment can be reached on foot from the train station in 7 minutes. It is 10-15 minutes to the city and 15 minutes to the university.
The price per month includes all utilities.
