The room to be rented is 18m2, modern and bright with a large window and morning sun. If interested, the wardrobe can be taken over. If not requested, a completely empty room will be handed over.

Our 2.5 room apartment is on the 1st floor, is 86m2 and is located in the heart of Kreis 5, only a 2-minute walk from the Hardbrücke train station and the Technopark tram stop. The modern and bright apartment has a very large dining and living room, two bathrooms, 3 shared rooms and a reduit. We also have a large balcony with evening sun, perfect for one or the other BBQ.
