The room isThe room to be rented is a little over 17 square meters and well laid out. One side is completely glazed through a large window, which makes the room very bright and friendly. The floor is made of parquet. The room is already fully furnished, so the furniture can all be taken over by the previous tenant (or in your case by the previous tenant) at no additional cost. The furniture would be a bed with storage boxes, a wardrobe, a desk with storage space, a desk chair, a shelf and a stool.
Underfloor heating provides the necessary warmth in winter
