The room isa private, beautiful 1 room appartment on the ground floor with a stunning view to the nature, directly connected to Zurich by train. There is a bathroom with a shower and toilet and a kitchenette in the room. The huge windows in the room give you the sunlight and amazing view. The house is a beautiful old hotel in the nature now converted into a WG and coworking space. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a big garden and a cafe upstairs. The room has its own entrance and a terrace, and a gardening space. There is very fast Glasfaser Internet (IPv6). Nebenkosten is 50 CHF, minimum stay is 6 months.

somebody responsible and friendly. Age and gender does not matter. Communication is preferred in English or German.
