The room ison the 3rd floor with a great view to the hill in front. The room is very sunny and quiet, has a lot of built-in storage space. The house is in a quiet street next to a river Linth. The house has a garden in front and a bike room. The house is equipped with very fast Glasfaser Internet. Nebenkosten is 50 CHF per month, minimum stay is 6 months.

Somebody responsible and friendly. Age and gender does not matter. Communication is preferred in English or German.
