I'm renting a furnished and cozy rooms in my apartment, very close to transport, restaurants, shops, gym in fact it's very close everything you need daily.
The apartment is on the second floor, completely furnished with a shared living room, kitchen, balcony and Bathroom (bath, shower, washing machine). you'll share the living room with me no other flatmate, so it would be a 2 people flat share.
The available room is furnished, there is a double bed, wardrobe, tv, desk and chair.
Location is very good!
Bus and tram stop in the street.
3 minutes walk to Tellplatz stop
2 minutes walk to Bruderholzstrasse stop
7 minutes walk to city center.
